Sure, but only if we have free rooms. We charge:

- 50% of one day stay on check-ins from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m.;

- hourly rate on check-ins from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. (provided you stay for one day or longer).

Yes. Ask the receptionist to take your luggage to the luggage room when you arrive.

Our check-out time is 12 p.m. Moscow time.

On check-outs later than 12.a.m. we charge:

- hourly rate, if you check out within 6 hours after the check-out time;

- half day rate, if you check out after 6 to 12 hours after the check-out time;

- full day rate, if you check out after 12 to 24 hours after the check-out time.

Yes, you are free to pay in cash or by credit card. Dvina Hotel accepts MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express.

Our rooms do not have safe boxes. Reception offers individual boxes at RUR 50.

Yes, there is a free parking lot within Dvina Hotel premises. Please apply Reception Desk for more information.

Yes. We will issue you with your check and invoice. Should you need any additional confirmation please contact our accountant in advance. In your letter please specify your company’s details and enclose a proxy authorizing you to receive accounting papers from us. Should your stay fall on weekend or holidays, we will mail your accounting papers to the address specified or, in urgent cases, e-mail them.

Please specify in your request your flight number, date and time of arrival, contact phone number. At the airport, you will be met by driver with a plate and "Dvina Hotel" written on it. Please pay the fee to the Reception.

Online booking systems allow you to see if the selected rooms and services are available on the dates of your stay. Booking process takes less than 3 minutes. By booking through our official web-page you also receive discounts and bonuses, and your booking confirmation will be sent directly to your email address.
You need to cancel at least one day prior to the check-in date, otherwise the hotel may charge full price of one day stay. Groups of travelers are subject to special cancellation rules set out in their contracts.
